Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Snakka.io (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Saplin AB ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Agreement to Terms

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by us and is protected under intellectual property laws. Paying users are granted a limited commercial license for AI-generated advertisements, subject to these Terms.

User Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy of the information you provide during registration.
  • Comply with applicable laws and refrain from prohibited activities, including fraud, data scraping, and spamming.

Fees and Payments

We accept major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Fees for subscriptions or purchases must be paid in full, and recurring charges will continue until cancellation.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which commercial licenses for AI-generated content will expire.

Privacy and Data

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Platform for illegal purposes or unauthorized commercial activities.
  • Interfering with the Platform's security features or operations.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding a claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts unless otherwise specified.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
